Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3 to 7 business day sand 7-15 days for international orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

After your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

2) Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?
Please note that Lovely Hands by Kemi earrings are handcrafted with polymer clay and must be handled with care. Store them in their box when traveling to ensure protection.
Do not bend or allow anything heavy to sit on the earring. Keep in a dry, cool place. Steer clear of any moisture, humidity, or water. Use a microfiber towel to clean the clay, and use Brasso to polish the brass charms. Do not place earrings in a bag without wrapping them carefully in their box.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
Yes, as long as the jewelry is not gold plated or made of brass. Gold-plated or brass pieces should be kept away from water to maintain their finish and longevity.

Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

How long does it take to create a custom piece?
Custom jewelry takes approximately 2-4 weeks to create, depending on the complexity of the design. We will keep you updated on the progress and provide an estimated delivery date.
